Mode of action:

FINEALGA CD is used to inhibit the growth of algae, bacteria and fungi in cooling systems and to disinfect contaminated systems. It is highly effective against a wide range of microorganisms and is particularly suitable for combating microbial contamination and the spread of potentially pathogenic microorganisms such as Legionella.

Environmental sustainability:

In concentrated form FINEALGA CD is classified as corrosive. There is no danger at the recommended application concentration. Chlorine dioxide is approved as a disinfectant for drinking water.

Application / dosage:

FINEALGA CD can be used as a continuous dosage or intermittently.
The dosing quantity depends on the type and quantity of the biological load.
Dosing should be carried out at a point with strong turbulence.
In the case of intermittent use, after the addition of FINEALGA CD the drainage of the cooling tower should be closed for some time if possible.

Delivery terms:

The product is supplied in liquid form in 25 kg containers.
The product must be stored in non-gas-tight containers in a cool place away from heat and direct sunlight and has a shelf life of approx. four weeks.
