FINEAMIN® 440
Corrosion inhibitor for feed water treatment of steam boilers in the food sector and in hospitals
Mode of action:
The polymers contained in FINEAMIN 440 (phosphate-free) stabilize alkaline earth salts and disperse them so that they can be removed by sludge removal. The formation of scale is prevented. Existing deposits are removed slowly and gently.
FINEAMIN 440 contains no vapor-volatile components and is approved for use in the food industry. The activated sodium sulphite quickly binds oxygen.
Environmental sustainability:
FINEAMIN 440 has been assessed by medical and hygiene institutes as ecologically and toxicologically safe and is biodegradable.

Application/ Dosage:
The quantity to be used depends on the water quality and the condition of the plant and is determined accordingly by the technical advisor. Dosing takes place via a suitable dosing station directly into the feed water tank.
The detection of FINEAMIN 440 in the system is carried out either by a simple rapid test or a photometric test.
Delivery terms:
It is supplied in liquid form in containers of 35 or 210 liters.
The product can be stored frost-free in closed containers for up to 2 years.
