Mode of action:

FINEAMIN 70P is a mixture of steam-volatile, alkalizing amines with different distribution coefficients that neutralize carbon dioxide and alkalize the entire system including the steam and condensate network.

Environmental sustainability:

FINEAMIN 70P fulfills the requirements of the following regulation:

• Recommendation XXXVI of the Federal Office for Risk Assessment BfR on the health assessment of materials that come into contact with food
• EC Regulation 1935/2004 of the European Parliament on materials that come into contact with food.

FINEAMIN 70P can be used safely as an alkalizing agent in boiler systems in the paper and board industry for the production of paper, board and cardboard for food packaging.

Application/ Dosage:

The quantity to be used depends on the water quality and the condition of the plant and is determined accordingly by the technical advisor. VINEAMIN 70P can be mixed with other VINEAMIN products and can be prepared in a common storage container if necessary. If possible, dosing should be carried out in the feed water line after degassing.

Delivery terms:

It is supplied in liquid form in containers of 30, 60 or 200 liters. The product must be stored frost-free in closed containers. The shelf life is 2 years.
