Mode of action:

The polymers contained in POLYDOSIL 24A stabilize and disperse alkaline earth salts and heavy metal oxides so that they can be removed via the blowdown or desludging process. In addition, POLYDOSIL 24A alkalizes the steam and is certified and approved for use in the food industry.

POLYDOSIL 24A can be safely used as an alkalizing and dispersing agent in boiler water up to a concentration of 10 mg/kg in boiler feed waters of the food or feed industry for the production of food, feed and consumer goods.

Application/ Dosage:

The quantity to be used is determined by the technical advisor. POLYDOSIL 24A is preferably dosed into the boiler water or the feed water.

Detection of POLYDOSIL 24A in boiler water is accomplished by a simple rapid test or photometric test and monitoring the pH of the condensate.

Delivery terms:

The product is supplied in liquid form in containers of 30 or 60 liters. The product must be stored in closed containers in a cool and frost-free place. The shelf life is 2 years.
