Action mode and utilisation

FINEAMIN 24s a mixture of sequestrant and dispersing polymers allowing simultaneously to reach the following results:

To eliminate the old corrosion and avoid the formation of any new one boiler side.

To eliminate the existing scale and avoid the formation of any new one, particularly in the boilers and the heat transfer surfaces.

Before to use this on-line cleaning solution, it is compulsory to consult our technical service.

FINEAMIN 24s almost bio-degradable and contains no dangerous products.

Its toxicity class for water is class 1, less pollutant.

A system treated by FINEAMIN 24 can by drained in a sewage treatment plant with out any problem. (Respecting the local limits for pH and temperature)

FINEAMIN 24s not dosed in a stoechiometric way. The dosage rate has not to be adjusted to every change of water condition.

It is injected generally in a single point of the plant, using the existing dosing pumps and tanks.

Before any start of FINEAMIN treatment, our technical service will visit your plant and determine the best way for dosing the FINEAMIN product.

The dosing rate varies in function of the plant and the water quality between 0.5 and 3 ppm, proportional to the feed water rate.

In a closed circuit, the dosing rate of FINEAMIN 24s 0.3 to 1.0 kg / m3 of water content or make up water

FINEAMIN 24 can be delivered in drum of 30 kg, 60 kg, 210 kg and standard containers of 1000 kg.

It can be stored until 5 years (in closed containers and with temperatures from -5°C to 45°C)

The drums and containers of FINEAMIN must be kept always closed
